Position Title: Implementation Support Analyst
Status: Exempt, Salaried
Reporting Relationship: Implementation Manager

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting and the implementation of Singletouch Enterprise software in office, shop and field environments. This includes configuring hardware, hardware setup, performing software upgrades, testing, developing reports, and setting up test, training and production environments for clients.

Essential Functions:
• Implement software at customer site, including hardware setup and configuration
• Manage software upgrades
• Data load scripts based on requirements
• Assist Business Analysis with document report specs
• Participate in software testing
• Support clients
• Document change requests
• Setup reporting environments
• Manage report structure within all Singletouch environments
Other Duties:
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager. 

Minimum Qualifications:
• 3-5 years in a technical role
• 3-5 years as a report developer
• 3 + years in a client application support role
• SQL experience
• Microsoft SQL Server Report development
• Microsoft SQL Server Management skills (deployment, replication, scripting)
• Database management skills
• Project Management skills (small projects)

Proficiency Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree, advanced degree preferred
• Experience in Oil and Gas, Electrical Contracting or Commercial Contracting a plus
• ERP / Procurement experience a plus
