The Singletouch philosophy is to ensure that all data is handled only once at the source with the individual responsible for the record keeping. For instance, the foreman is responsible to load the labor for their daily work force. They are also responsible for loading their own purchase requisitions, daily project reports and daily safety reports. Once loaded using our web interface, they are simply managed and approved through the process we have designed. The bottom line is data that was historically handled manually several times and then entered into many companies programs is now handled once at the source. This creates a very efficient and accurate work flow.

Our solutions allow our clients to use a very small back office staff because their volume of work does not increase with more projects or work flow. More work flow means more revenue generators and they are responsible to input the data.
