Position Title:   Sales Executive – California
Status:  Exempt, Salary + Commission
Reporting Relationship:  Vice President, Sales
Location:  San Francisco, CA

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the sale of the Singletouch products within the Central region of the United States. This position sells Singletouch products and services using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs resulting in revenue generation. In addition, the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services. Essential Functions:

  • Direct new business sales activities throughout the territory.
  • Source potential customers by cold calling, internet research, etc.
  • Prioritize activities and apply resource in the optimum way to achieve sales targets.
  • Engage in focused sales and marketing campaigns and support the development of identified territory business activities. Coordinate these with the management team?s overall business plan.
  • Liaise with other internal teams to ensure the success of both pre- and post-sales efforts.
  • Arrange and attend on-site solution demonstrations ensuring that all required resources are available.
  • Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales.
  • Present the company and its solutions, products and services in a professional manner.
  • Attend tradeshows and represent Singletouch in a professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer contact information through CRM.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree required. An advanced degree would be a strong plus.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong commercial focus and excellent business acumen.
  • Exposure to Industrial and/or Commercial Contracting Business.
  • 2+ years' construction software sales experience preferred.
  • Experience selling directly to Director, VP and C-level business- and IT- decision makers both at companies and in public sector organizations.
  • You will have the skills required to exceed an annual target of $1.0m - $3.0m.
